Shop Policies
PAYMENT
At this time I accept payment through Paypal on Etsy and Amazon on 1000Markets. For now all my items will link to 1000Markets because it has a separate market specifically for pet-related items. If you prefer to use Paypal I can either send you a Paypal invoice or set up a listing for you on Etsy.
If you are ordering a custom item that is not listed in one of my online shops I will send you a Paypal invoice. If you really really want something and don't have the cash, drop me an email and we can discuss layaway terms. If you are making payment with an echeck through Paypal, please note that it will take at least 4 business days to clear. Production on custom items will not begin until payment has cleared. At shows I take cash, check, or credit card.
SHIPPING
All shipping is USPS First Class unless other arrangements are made. Made-to-order items usually take 5-7 days for shipment, depending on the production queue. Items that are in stock will ship within 48 hours. All orders are packed in a cotton-filled jewelry box that is suitable for gift-giving. If something happens during the shipping process I will file the insurance claim and replace the item.
U.S. SHIPPING
Cost of U.S. shipping is $3.50 and INCLUDES INSURANCE. Each additional item is $1.00 First Class usually takes 2-7 business days and often has nothing to do with how far away you are! If you need your order faster you can upgrade to Priority for an additional $4.00. Drop me an email if you are interested in other shipping options.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, the site where my work is listed for sale does not accept international orders. But I do! If you're outside the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, just drop me an email and you can purchase direct through Paypal. However, USPS First Class International does not offer insurance. If you want your package insured it will have to ship Priority International and the rate $20. It's very hard to accurately calculate international shipping, especially with multiple items. If I overestimate shipping and handling by more than .50, I will refund the difference. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that apply to international orders.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be satisfied with your order! If there's a problem, please let me know right away and I'll make every effort to make it good. For returns, I must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
Sometimes no matter how careful we are or how well-constructed, a piece of jewelry breaks. Bracelets are especially susceptible to getting caught on something. I'm happy to do minor repairs for cost of shipping only. If it's something bigger we'll discuss the terms on a case-to-case basis.
