This necklace consists of a 5/8" disc that is stamped with a title and dog's name (up to about 10 characters, including spaces.) The disc is hammered on the edge, slightly cupped, and a Swarovski crystal hangs within. (The crystal shown here is March.) Please indicate your birthstone choice from the drop-down selection at checkout (see last image) and leave the title and name in the notes to seller. The disc hangs on a sterling silver ball or cable chain in either 18" or 20".

The necklace will arrive in a gifty box.
